ABC has purchased a new comedy from producer Michael Eisner about the early days of celebrity chefs Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken. The show will take chronicle the early days of their friendship and unique business partnership during the 1980’s.

ABC has purchased a new comedy from producer Michael Eisner about the early days of celebrity chefs Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken, Deadline reports.

The show will take chronicle the early days of their friendship and unique business partnership during the 1980’s. Former Will & Grace executive producer Jeff Greenstein will write the series, as well as executive produce along with Michael Eisner, Noel Bright and Steve Cohen. Feniger and Milliken will be producers.

The chefs have been friends and business partners for over 25 years. Feniger and Milliken own the chain of Border Grill restaurants, as well at the Border Grill gourmet taco truck. Both Feniger and Milliken star in Too Hot Tamales on the Food Network, and appeared on Bravo’s Top Chef Masters.
