The Walker family will be the focus of the Friday, December 2 episode of ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.
In 2009, Carl Joseph Walker-Hoover, was only eleven and in the 6th grade in Springfield, Mass. when killed himself at his home after another hard school day of bullying and torment.
The Kardashian sisters, Kourtney, Kim, and Khloe, along with the series’host Michael Moloney hope to help the Walkers make new memories and makeover the third floor of their home, where their son took his own life.
During their makeover experience, the Walkers were flown out to Los Angeles, CA to join a star-studded anti-bullying rally in their son’s memory. Celebs joined the Kardashians and Janina Gavankar (The L Word, True Blood) for the It Gets Better foundation outside the historic El Capitan Theater in Hollywood. The family was also surprised with a live intimate performance from pop starlet Demi Lovato at the event.
