The Hollywood Reporter recently interviewed Glee cast members Lea Michele (Rachel), Naya Rivera (Santana), and Kevin McHale (Artie) and some of the die-hards are in for quite a different show when Season 4 premieres in the fall.

It’s looking like Rachel, Kurt (Chris Colfer), and possibly Santana are heading back east in search of stardom in the Big Apple, Finn (Cory Monteith) enlisted in the army and will be stationed somewhere other than Ohio, and Brittany (Heather Morris) is stuck at McKinley High, repeating her senior year to bring up her 0.0 GPA. 

"If Santana goes to New York, she absolutely would have a relationship with Rachel, and they'd either be friends, enemies or frenemies -- or all three." Michele said. "I really hope that it pans out because I think it would be so exciting to see Rachel get a knock on her door from Santana and just be like, 'Can we live together?' We'll have to see what happens."

But what would a move to NY mean for our favorite musically-inclined couple, Brittana?

Rivera’s not really sure where the writers are going to take the duo, according to THR. "Obviously she's not in high school anymore, so there is separation there. I don't know what [potentially moving to New York] will mean for her. The writers really have to hash that out, but it's now entering into a long-distance-type relationship," she said. "I think that Brittany will always be Santana's first love. Whether or not they end up together, she'll always have a special place in her heart for Brittany. I don't think that they will ever not be in each other's lives."

Ok, first Calzona is possibly ripped apart by a tragic plane crash, and now there’s a possibility that Brittana will go their separate ways. Really, TV Gods….we can’t take much more of this!!

The 4th season of the Fox smash Glee is set to return on Thursday, September 13th.
