Erika Nakamura and Amelia Posada, a married couple who together own Lindy & Grundy Meats, call themselves "butcherettes" on tomorrow's episode of The Ricki Lake Show.

A married lesbian couple who own a Los Angeles butcher shop give Ricki Lake an lesson or two on meat in tomorrow's episode of The Ricki Lake Show. Erika Nakamura and Amelia Posada, wives who own Lindy & Grundy Meats, call themselves "butcherettes," highlighting that they work in a male-dominated industry.

"It's very frequent that people come in and they're not expecting us to be the owners," said Nakamura, who trained at a French culinary institute. "They're not expecting us to be the experts, so they look straight over our heads. You know, we're five feet tall, so… They look straight over our heads to the guys sitting behind us."

Grab a sneak peek below before the episode airs tomorrow, October 10.
