Rosie O'Donnell Tweets Pics of Damage Hurricane Sandy did to Her Hudson River Home

Areas all along the East Coast are still recovering from Super Storm Sandy, and Rosie O’Donnell added to the devastating photos with pics of damage to her property on her Twitter feed Thursday, The Huffington Post reported.

The pictures O’Donnell Tweeted displayed her dock and craft house on the Hudson River, flooded and torn apart in the aftermath of the storm.  She is one of millions of people affected by the storm, and she joins a handful of celebrities who have tweeted similar images of damage.

O’Donnell, who survived a heart attack earlier this year, remains positive and appreciative of the important things in life.  Despite the intense images, the 50-year-old comedian wrote, “"All is well here by us - damage to the dock and flooded craft house - all fixable."

If you are interested in donating to the Sandy cause, you can do so by donating to the Red Cross.  All proceeds will go to providing shelter, food, emotional support and other assistance to those affected by the storm. To donate, visit www.redcross.org , call 800-Red-Cross or text the word "Redcross" to 90999 to make a $10 donation.
