Country star and out lesbian Chely Wright and her wife Lauren Blitzer announced via the web show Gwissues that Chely is pregnant and the couple is expecting twins that they expect will be born in June.

Out Country star Chely Wright and her wife Lauren Blitzer announced via the web show Gwissues that Chely is pregnant and the couple is expecting twins that they expect will be born in June.

Chely made headlines when she became the first commercial country artist to come out of the closet. She chronicled her struggles to come out in the documentary Wish Me Away.

In August of 2010 Chely and Lauren married in Connecticut.
