One of People's Beautiful People - Portia de Rossi's Perfectly Fine with 40

Arrested Development stunner Portia de Rossi was named to People’s Most Beautiful list for 2013, and with that honor, she was also featured in a minute long video released on the magazine’s website where she discussed her style choices now that she’s 40.

The actress hit the milestone in January, and since then, she keeps looking toward the future.  "The trick for me turning 40 was to really evaluate what I wanna do with this next phase in my life," she said in the video, which was taken on the set of the photo shoot for the mag.

"The one thing I don't wanna do is chase what I looked like at 20," she said.
In addition to being widely recognized for her roles in Ally McBeal and Arrested Development, de Rossi is also known for her highly publicized marriage to Ellen DeGeneres. 

In the video, de Rossi credits being a vegan, dressing like a teenager, and genes as the answer to her youthful appearance. 
"As women we're so conditioned to think that beauty and age area very important that you stay kind of youthful in order to be beautiful," she said. "I don't think it's fair for people to think that women are just vain because they're worried about getting older. It's actually really linked in with a lot of very primitive stuff for women."
