Out rocker Karina Iglesias, who switched teams to Shakira following last week’s battle rounds on The Voice, won her knock out round to proceed to the live shows Monday!

Coach Shakira, who “stole” Karina from Team Adam last week when she lost her battle round to the incendiary Judith Hill, pitted Miami native Karina against Monique Abbadie for the do-or-die knockouts.

While Karina choice to sing Lenny Kravitz’s “Are You Gonna Go My Way” highlighted her rocker roots, the song failed to showcase her insane vocal range. Meanwhile, Monique got off to a wobbly start with Celine Dion’s “Power of Love” but finished big.

At the end of the day Shakira picked Karina to move on to the live shows saying that she recognized Karina’s “enormous potential.”
