The ubiquitous Jane Lynch spoke with Katie Couric yesterday about her new NBC series, Hollywood Game Night.

The actress, best known for playing Sue Sylvester on the FOX hit Glee and currently on Broadway as Miss Hannigan in the revival of Annie, also discussed the recent overturn of DOMA. “I was really thrilled,” she said. “If you asked me four or five years ago if the Supreme Court would overturn DOMA, I would’ve said absolutely not.”

She also hosted a quick round of Hollywood Game Night with Susan Lucci and the cast of Devious Maids.

The new game show, hosted by Lynch, premieres tonight on NBC at 10 EST. Its first episode will include Lisa Kudrow, Matthew Perry, Kristen Bell, Martin Short, and Alyson Hannigan.
