Are Jodie Foster and Alexandra Hedison Hollywood's Latest Lesbian Couple?

Double Oscar winner Jodie Foster wowed the Golden Globe audience last January with an opus of a coming out speech in which she also said that she was 50 and single. Well, Foster is no longer a single lady, according E! Online. E! alleges that she’s dating Alexandra Hedison, the photographer and The L Word actress who famously dated Ellen DeGeneres in the early aughts.  

"It's pretty serious," a source told E! "They're totally in love."

The pair was photographed together this summer at a technology seminar at Los Angeles’ Fox Studios and then out to dinner with friends, reports E!

Foster, who has two sons with her ex partner Cydney Bernard (whom she thanked during her Globes’ speech), was rumored to have dated screenwriter Cynthia Mort following that break up in 2008.

E! Online’s source is anonymous, so do that what you will, but back when Foster  delivered her sublime speech accepting the Cecil B. DeMille Lifetime Achievement Award we at SheWired decided to play matchmaker and find a suitable Hollywood type lady friend for Foster – and Hedison never even came to mind.
