We are loving NBC's new family drama This Is Us.
Just one of the many reasons why this is our newest guilty pleasure is Milo Ventimiglia. You may recognize him from Heroes or Gilmore Girls. The 39-year-old stud is major heartthrob status, so much so he was just feeatured in People's "Sexiest Man Alive" issue.
Well, when Ellen DeGeneres asked him about his fitness regime, he showed her first hand how he is so built. Mimicking a really cute and tear-jerking scene from last week's episode of This Is Us, Milo got down on the ground and gave us ten - with Ellen on his back!

This wasn't the first time Milo has made us weak in the knees on Ellen's show. In October, he got shirtless and was dunked in a splash tank by guest host Miley Cyrus for breast cancer research.
