Ray Donovan's 3rd season is about to wrap, and we realized we really can't get enough of Katherine Moennig. She keeps a pretty low profile when it comes to public appearances, but we were able to cull together a nice bunch of photos of Kate pretty much slaying it on the red carpet.  We don't know if we love her indifferent smirk or her killer fashion sense better.
