There are good dancers, and then there people like Sam McWilliams, whose talent takes dancing to a whole new (and absolutely ferocious) level. 

In a resurfaced dance video from last year that is starting to make it rounds on the web, the young dancing phenom can be seen (to the delight of his fellow studio dancers) completely obliterating a routine to popstar Meghan Trainor's 2016 song "Me Too."

We're pretty much obsessed with Sam, and that's mostly because it's always amazing to see someone hone in and perfect their talent. He makes it all look so easily, meanwhile when we try to dance, we end up looking like this...

If Sam's fierce steps don't give you the inspiration to slay your best life (or at least get up and dance every once in a while), we don't know what will.
