Freeheld is just a couple of weeks away from its theatrical release and the more we see, the more we fall in love. Today has certainly been a good day for the film's buzz, with Ellen Page making her red carpet debut alongside her girlfriend Samantha Thomas, and now we also get a super-special sneak peak at the film in the form of a trailer featuring "Hands of Love," a new, Linda Perry-penned piece sung gorgeously by Miley Cyrus. The powerful song (which, according to Time.com, will play over the film's credits) pairs perfectly with this highly emotional trailer, during which we get a glimpse at the course of Laurel and Stacie's relationship and their fight for equal rights after Laurel is diagnosed with cancer. This might be Freeheld's most effective trailer yet, and we're pretty sure we need to go find a full version of "Hands of Love" and listen to it on loop right now. Linda and Miley seem to have struck gold with this collaboration, and this trailer is definitely tugging at our heartstrings. Now check it out right here:
