We didn't know we needed a spinoff of the 2012 film Snow White and the Huntsman, yet suddenly here we are. The trailer for the follow up film, The Huntsman: Winter's War, was released yesterday, and it's pretty much all we could hope for and more. Returning to the film in their previous roles are Chris Hemsworth as The Huntsman and Charlize Theron as The Evil Queen, and Emily Blunt and Jessica Chastain will be joining the fun as The Ice Queen and The Warrior respectively. Deadline describes the plot as exploring "The Huntsman's origins," but as far as we can tell, this film is basically about how badass its epic female cast is and how excited we are to watch them galavant around this gorgeously designed landscape. Was its predecessor perfect? Certainly not, but we're so here for all of what comes next, and after you watch this trailer, you very well might be too:
