Lady Gaga showed off her rock pipes at #artRaveVienna with an off-the-wall rendition of 4 Non Blondes' classic "What's Up," which is saying a lot since the original, with Linda Perry on lead vocals, was pretty unhinged in its day. Gaga sure can belt, and growl, and throw in some rasp, and she does it all here, and we approve (as if it matters). Watch her version below.
