Just when we were all recovering from the devastation of season four of Orange Is the New Black, here comes Danielle Brooks to tear it all down with one simple, adorable photo.
Brooks, who plays Taystee on the show, took to Instagram to share a behind-the-scenes photo of her and Poussey Washington herself, Samira Wiley, and the level of cuteness is out of hand.
The photo features the two women laughing and smiling on set while filming an earlier episode of the show, and it has us yearning for the old days, and the friendship Taystee and Poussey shared.
Those who have finished season four will know by now that, due to the tragic death of Poussey, we won't be getting anymore photos like this, and the Poussey/Taystee friendship will never again paint our TV screens.
Now, to get our fix of the two, we are forced to live in the past, to rewatch episodes and look up photos like this very one.
Well, that, or you can choose to use our method: denial. As far as we're concerned, Poussey's storyline ended in the season three finale in the lake with Brooke. That's so much better, don't you think?
