File this under “those wacky homophobes will try anything.” A Hong Kong businessman is offering a bounty of approximately $65 million American dollars to anyone who can lure his lesbian daughter away from her wife, according to Business Insider via Towleroad.

Cecil Chao Sze-tsung, a wealthy property developer, set the bounty after hearing reports this week that his daughter Gigi Chao married her female partner of seven years, Sean Eav, in Paris on April 4.

“I don’t mind whether he is rich or poor,” Cecil Chao said of potential male suitors for his daughter. “The important thing is that he is generous and kind-hearted.”

So, Cecil Chao, the wealthiest man in Hong Kong, basically told the South China Morning Post that he doesn’t give a hoot if the man who woos his daughter away from the woman she loves is rich or poor, as long as he’s got a penis and he’s a nice guy, but a guy none the less. He also told the paper that he would not force his daughter, whom he described as, “a very good woman with both talents and looks,” who is “devoted to her parents, is generous and does volunteer work,” to marry a man she didn’t want to marry.

If the $65 mill weren’t enough to entice some male gold digger to attempt to break up a 7-year lesbian relationship Chao threw out a bone that he would help the right, talented guy (rich or poor) kick start his own business. Cue every major network scrambling to turn this true-life mess into a reality series.
