Rosie's character must be up to something.

It’s Thanksgiving Eve, and Empire shows no signs of taking a break. What’s better is that Rosie O’Donnell guest stars on tonight’s episode as Pepper O’Leary, an entrepreneur and baker (with some sort of illicit side gig), who was Cookie’s (Taraji P. Henson) cellmate for over a decade, according to Bustle.

Cookie and her sister (Vivica A. Fox) seek out Pepper’s help during a road trip to Philadelphia, and they reminisce about their days on the inside.

Sadly, it looks as though Rosie’s guest spot is just for a single episode.
