The Orange is the New Black star is a two-time Emmy award winner and two-time Golden Globe nominee for her role as  "Crazy Eyes" - not to mention the slew of other awards  she's won or been nominated for - and she's consistently a fan favorite on the show. However, Uzo wasn't always living in a world of constant (and well-deserved) acclaim. On The Ellen Show this week Uzo opened up about how she'd made up her mind to quit acting right when Orange is the New Black came into her life, and how getting cast as Crazy Eyes was an even bigger surprise.
