Basically the only way to start your day is by enjoying this flaw-free performance.

It's definitely no secret we're absolutely in love with Fun Home on Broadway. To be fair, though, pretty much everyone is. The show - based on lesbian cartoonist Alison Bechdel's acclaimed graphic memoir -  won 5 Tony Awards this year including Best Musical and just released a block of tickets through June of 2016, so it's guaranteed to be gracing Broadway with its beautiful emotional intensity for at least another year now. And while we suggest you do everything you possibly can to try to catch this wildly talented cast's deeply affecting work that's happening at the Circle in the Square Theatre eight times a week, we totally understand that this isn't a possibility for everyone. Luckily, Late Night with Seth Meyers's first-ever Broadway musical performance gave us a glimpse of one of the show's most special moments in the form of our previously declared new favorite lesbian anthem, "Changing My Major," sung by college-aged Alison after losing her virginity to her friend Joan.

Truly, the world is lucky to get a glimpse of Tony nominee Emily Skeggs' endlessly effervescent Medium Alison, performed with such a genuine honesty that - as per usual with the stellar Skeggs - we feel as though we're living this moment right by her side. She's joined onstage by Beth Malone as adult Alison and Roberta Colindrez as her totally swoon-worthy GF Joan, and an appearance is even made by the real-life Alison Bechdel herself! And though this song is certainly one of the show's most wonderful moments, there is still about an hour and 35 more minutes of utter gloriousness that definitely needs to be experienced to be believed. But until we make it back to the Fun Home, we'll just be watching this over and over. And now you can (and definitely should) too!
