Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter and American Idol alum Adam Lambert, on behalf of his Feel Something Foundation, is teaming up with Pride Live to host a celebration for the Fourth Annual Stonewall Day! On Sunday, June 6, Lambert is bringing together a diverse and talented lineup of artists to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community’s resilience and look forward to where we still have to go!

Lambert launched the Feel Something Foundation in early 2019 as a non-profit that aims "to ensure support is given to the myriad of issues that continue to disproportionately affect the LGBTQ+ community." They support organizations and charities that fight for the rights of all members of the community and have missions "directly focused on impacting the LGBTQ+ community in areas of Education and the Arts, Homelessness, Suicide Prevention, and Mental Health."

"I am so excited to have the Feel Something Foundation partner with Pride Live’s Stonewall Day," Lambert said in a statement. "Together we will not only advance the legacy of the Stonewall Rebellion, we will also support LGBTQ+ organizations and issues that continue to disproportionately affect the LGBTQ+ community."

Dr. Yvette C. Burton, President of the Pride Live board of directors shares his enthusiasm. "Given the success and impact Stonewall Day has achieved since its inception, we are thrilled to welcome Adam to support our global effort on behalf of the Stonewall legacy. His activism and passion define that legacy, and we are proud to have Adam and the Feel Something Foundation as our partners in good."

Lambert recorded a special video about the event. "Each year, Stonewall Day marks the anniversary of the 1969 Stonewall Riots as the start of the LGBTQ rights movement,” he says in the clip. “Stonewall Day benefits nonprofits that need our help as they continue to fight for equality."

Leading up to Stonewall Day in June, Lambert will also host two Stonewall Day Unplugged events on February 18 and April 22. These 20-minute livestreams will feature Lambert discussing the day, the legacy of the Stonewall Riots, current events, and rising LGBTQ+ artists.

Last year's epic lineup included President Joe Biden and Dr. Jill Biden, former President Barack Obama, Taylor Swift, George Takei, Cynthia Erivo, Kesha, Hayley Kiyoko, Demi Lovato, Dustin Lance Black, Blossom C. Brown, Imara Jones, Katy Perry, Christian Siriano, Justin Tranter, Alok Vaid-Menon, Luke Evans, Chelsea Clinton, Stella Maxwell, Ryan Jamaal Swain, Nico Tortorella, and Maisie Richardson-Sellers, among others. This year's lineup will be announced closer to the event date.

Last year, Stonewall Day raised funds for the Ally  Coalition, Brave Space Alliance, TransLatina Coalition, and the Trans Lifeline. You can follow Pride Live and Feel Something Foundation on social media to learn more and see updates!
