We're not sure where this is going, but we're absolutely invested.

Come on!
Lindsay Lohan is out of the clinker and her likeness will be placed onto newsstands in New York and L.A. tomorrow, September 1, 2010. The wild child discusses her paternal media-imposed addictions, the Hollywood scene that set her along the disaster-plagued path she is currently entangling herself from and losing her marbles in the business that gave her money, fame and fortune without an instruction booklet on how to best use them.
Vanity Fair has come a long way since it published Christopher Hitchens’ screed “Why Women Aren’t Funny.” The magazine later published a cover story on “Who Says Women Aren’t Funny?” that featured heavy hitters Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Kristen Wiig, Sarah Silverman, Chelsea Handler and Sandra Bernhard to name a few. Now, VF’s first-ever comedy issue features three different covers that balance out to the same amount of women and men. Cheers to the women who made the covers – Wiig, Rudolph, Melissa McCarthy, Poehler, Leslie Mann and Megan Fox.
Twenty years ago Thelma and Louise took their historic road trip across the desert and into the abyss (sorry for the spoiler if you haven’t seen it) in Ridley Scott’s button-pushing feminist or anti-feminist film, depending on how you see it -- and that’s worth a thesis in itself -- masterpiece. Now, Vanity Fair is shoot a 20th anniversary spread with its stars Geena Davis and Susan Sarandon.
Vanity Fair has unveiled its Hollywood issue for March featuring nine young actresses who look great with lighting, make-up and re-touching. Alas, here they are: Lesbian fave Kristen Stewart, Abbie Cornish, Carey Mulligan, Amanda Seyfried, Rebecca Hall, Mia Wasikowska, Emma Stone, Evan Rachel Wood and Anna Kendrick.
Author and culture guru Dominick Dunne died of bladder cancer at age 83 Wednesday. A frequent contributor to Vanity Fair, Dunne covered high-profile trials including the trials of OJ Simpson, Claus von Bulow, Michael Skakel, William Kennedy Smith and the Menendez brothers. His famous family included son Griffin Dunne, daughter Dominique Dunne, brother John Gregory Dunne and sister-in-law Joan Didion.

There is a moment in just about every workday when we come across something sexy, gratuitous and completely pointless that we wish we could post but don't under the auspices of there being nothing lesbian about it and often there being no redeeming value. VF’s latest issue features the women of television, and on the cover, between the sheets are The Good Wife’s Julianna Margulies, Homeland’s Claire Danes, Modern Family’s Sofia Vergara and Downton Abbey’s Michelle Dockery. Bones’ Emily Deschanel, The Good Wife’s Archie Panjabi, Revenge’s Emily Van Camp, Shameless’ Emmy Rossum, Scandal’s Kerry Washington, Two Broke Girls Kat Dennings and Hawaii Five-O’s Grace Park.
Scandal's Kerry Washington is pretty much perfection personified. Without further ado, here's her Vanity Fair cover in full!
The 2012 Vanity Fair Hollywood issue, featuring some of the young Hollywood elite, is set to hit newsstands on Monday. The cover shines the spotlight on some pretty talented actresses who are very comfortable portraying lesbian, gender bending or non-conformist characters. Rooney Mara (The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo), Mia Wasikowska (Albert Nobbs), Adepero Oduye (Pariah) and Paula Patton (Precious) are just a few of the featured actresses.
Cher, who graces the December cover of Vanity Fair, tells the magazine that she struggles with her son Chaz Bono’s gender transition, saying, “I still don’t remember to call her ‘him.’” offers a preview of the icon’s interview with West Coast editor Krista Smith. Cher talked about her late ex-husband Sonny Bono, staying in the spotlight, and Chaz.
Because it's not just the rich and famous.
