RuPaul’s Drag Race season 7 and All Stars 2 contestant Katya Zamolodchikova shocked fans by sending out an update on Wednesday night seemingly from a hospital bed, giving a thumbs up while wearing a nasogastric tube.

“Girl, I’m in body jail,” Katya wrote, adding the hashtag #hellonearth.

She then sent out a second tweet an hour later that said, “Everyone gets sick. (Almost) everybody gets old. And every one dies.”

Several people on the Drag Race subreddit noticed that Katya’s second tweet mirrored Buddhist principles, including the first Noble Truth — the Truth of Suffering — as well as the Five Remembrances, the first three of which are reminders that we all grow old, we all get sick, and we all die. Several people, of course, sent well wishes to the beloved queen, while many people also commented that her tweets had made them nervous.

“You’re not allowed to do that last one just yet diva,” one person wrote, while another added, “can u pls not tweet this from the hospital, you’re scaring me.”

Several fans in a Reddit thread about Katya’s post shared screenshots from past times that Katya and All Stars 3 winner Trixie Mattel have spoken frankly — and comically — about death, including on an episode of their Netflix show in which they react to the streaming giant’s content.

In one episode about the Reality Check series about America’s Next Top Model, Miss J Alexander is talking about her stroke, prompting an emotional Mattel to say: “You can never die,” to which Katya replies, “If you die before me, bitch, I will drag you out of hell to murder you myself.”

"There’s a saying for the active alcohol or drug addict,” Katya said at the time. “The trajectory of the life course has three possible outcomes: A) jail, B) institutions, or C) death. Unfortunately, I find myself squarely and firmly and quite uncomfortably in the B camp right now.”

Aside from her many comedic ventures with Trixie Mattel, Katya also hosts the Grindr-backed podcast Who’s the Asshole?
