The Outs was a breakout web series that premiered on Vimeo just as original programing was getting popular (here's looking at you Netflix, Hulu and Amazon). Now, Mitchell, Oona and Jack are back for season two! Not watching? Here are some reasons to change that.
1. It's been 3 years. Yes, that's right, it's been three long years since season one ended. So that makes this, like, an AbFab-style relaunch of the series!
2. Our heroes have grown up ... sort of. They're older, wiser and have their shit together, right? Well, maybe a little more than last time we saw them. But we're sure they still have some work to do.
3. Longer episodes! Yes, it's true, people watch full-length TV episodes (and even movies!) on their laptops and phones. So buckle up, because season two promises even more of The Outs than ever before.
4. The cast is still freakin' adorable. Just look at 'em!
5. It's award-worthy. Season one was nominated for seven Indie Soap Awards. We can only imagine season two will up the ante!
6. It's about more than just sex. Sex is a part of life, sure, but there is so much more to life (and to the lives of gay men) than just the mattress mambo. The Outs touches on all the other dramas that make up life: jobs, friendships ... you know, the things you do the other 23 hours (if you're lucky) of your day.
7. It's cheaper than a top-shelf drink at your favorite swanky gay bar. Buy the whole season and stream it at your leisure. And you won't regret binging it, either.
Catch up on season one on Vimeo and make sure to catch all of season two — the first episode is already out!
