15 of 2016's Greatest Selfies of the Year from LGBT People We Love

Ellen is the de facto queen of the selfie following her epic celebrity-filled Oscar selfie that broke Twitter in 2014. Last year she posed with young women of a sorority who were dubbed the "selfie girls" for taking nonstop selfies at an Arizona Diamondbacks game (it turns out they were raising money for charity), and this year she nabbed this adorable pic with her Oscar selfie buddy Bradley Cooper and First Lady Michelle Obama. The First Lady stumped with all of her might to help put Hillary Clinton in the White House. While we still have to live with a Donald Trump presidency, Mrs. Obama delivered a few of the most eloquent, heartfelt, and meaningful speeches for women and girls this year (or in any year).
