Pete Davidson Says He Used to Jerk Off to Leonardo DiCaprio
Pete Davidson’s vaguely terrifying cover for Paper Magazine has been making the rounds across the internet, but if you actually click beyond Pete’s naked Ken doll photo and read the interview, there’s some pretty revealing stuff.
Namely, that the comedian who’s become known for pulling an insane number of Hollywood’s hottest women spent his formative years masturbating to Leonardo DiCaprio.
The interviewer told Davidson an anecdote about how a musician friend has talked about “how teenage girls message her about masturbating her music and how uncomfortable it feels to be their sexual awakening.” The SNL star was quick to chime in with info about his own sexual awakening—
“Yeah! Well, I used to jerk off to Leonardo DiCaprio,” Davidson said. “Uhh, like his acting.”
Even though it looked like he no homo-ed at the end there, he immediately backtracked his backtrack, clarifying that he had a “HUGE crush on Leonardo DiCaprio.”
“I had this huge poster of him from The Beach in my room, and there used to be like, ‘Leo love books,’ … Do you remember? Like, right when Titanic came out [when I was] in like third or fourth grade, he was just like, ‘teen milk.’ There were love books and I had all of them. He was the coolest.”
Davidson also added that he’s had the opportunity to meet Leo himself twice as an adult and all he managed to do was “just [shake] hands and run away fast.”
There may not be any millennial in the world who didn’t have a crush on Leo in the late ‘90s, regardless of sexuality, and it’s refreshing to hear even a straight guy admit it. And admit just how uhh, intense it got.
