Aubrey Plaza (our forever celebrity crush) hosted last weekend’s episode of Saturday Night Live. She was joined by musical guest Sam Smith and, much to our delight, the episode was oh-so-gay.

From the promo that saw Plaza making out with cast member Chloe Fineman to some MILF hunting Na’vi, to the M3GAN sequel we want and deserve, this episode had us giggling at the unapologetically queer-inclusivity of it all.

The Promo

In the lead-up to the episode, SNL dropped a promo that immediately made this one a must-watch. In the promo, Plaza and Fineman face off about their celebrity impression skills, then, well, just press faces together.

Black Lotus

Plaza, who starred in season two of White Lotus, takes on the role of staff this time around in this hilarious spoof which features Chloe Fineman reprising her hilarious Jennifer Coolidge impression.

M3GAN 2.0

M3GAN is a bonafide gay icon and in this skit of the sequel, she’s coming for the gays (with poppers). We live.

Parks And Rec Weekend Update Reunion

OK, this might not be overtly gay, but seeing the return of April Ludgate and Leslie Knope made our gay little hearts go pitter-patter.

George Santos on Weekend Update

Bowen Yang once again reminds us why he is the MVP with his hilarious take on the serial lying Republican congressman George Santos.

Sam Smith and Kim Petras Perform "Unholy"

Kim Petras literally emerges from Sam Smith’s costume for an Unholy team-up we are praising to the heavens.

Avatar’s Maricopa MILF Hunters

This skit gives us the Avatar sequel we didn’t know we needed, featuring the Maricopa MILF hunters.

HIV Commercial

Because gay panic is always a worthy target for mockery.
