Winter has come early for #RHOSLC fans! And we are ready to engage in the conversation.

These women aren't afraid to give the cold shoulder.

Meredith Marks is just one of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City gearing up for an icy (and fiery) third season.

The first two seasons of #RHOSLC weren't exactly easy for Marks, as she faced problems in her marriage, had to grieve the loss of her father, and butted heads with many of her co-stars.

"I just hope that you get to see a lot of the stuff you didn't get to see last year. It was a really difficult year for me and hopefully you get to understand why. I was in a much better space emotionally [this year], so I think it was easier for me in a lot of ways," Marks tells PRIDE.

Following last season's epic fallout with former best friend Lisa Barlow, Marks hasn't quite resolved the issues that came after Barlow's iconic hot mic moment. As a refresher, Barlow said Marks cheats on her husband, had sex with half of New York, and can't afford a home, among many other things.

"First of all, I would not say it was a hot mic. We all saw her remove the microphone. I would call it a childish tantrum. That's a whole journey and a process for me to try to understand why Lisa behaved the way she did. What assurance do I have that I'm not going to have another moment of a childish tantrum filled with hatred and lies from her?"

Although her friendship with Barlow is still on the rocks, Marks has shockingly restored a friendship with former enemy Jen Shah. It's safe to say alliances shift quite a bit in the third season.

"For me, being able to move forward with someone, you have to have understanding so you can have some level of acceptance. Once you have it, you can move forward. She was able to communicate to me what's going on. I'm able to understand better what's going on with her and we're able to move forward.”

Marks is also learning how to deal with conflict a bit better in the new season. Although, fans still can't get enough of her memorable one-liners including "I'm disengaging" and "Who's calling who a fraud?"

"Sometimes it's really hard to listen when you're heated and that's why I will disengage. I probably could have disengaged a little bit more at times to be a better listener. It will be interesting. There's a lot of shifts in the dynamics. I think people change their understanding of one another in certain ways. There's a lot of misunderstanding, which at times feels like flat out lies. That's up to you guys to decide. I'm still unsure about a lot of things. I can't even fill in the blanks, it's so chaotic. I guess I have to engage!"
