We love that this picture exists, but now we want a lesbian-themed movie to go with it.

Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words, and that’s definitely the case with one of W magazine’s covers for awards season. There are several different covers heralding the best movies of the year, including one with Michelle Williams and Loving’s Joel Edgerton and one with Amy Adams and Mathew McConaughey. But the one that caught our eye features best actress contenders Ruth Negga (Loving) and Natalie Portman (Jackie) in a near kiss with the caption “Come Together.” Hmm. Where is that movie, because we’d like to see it.

Both actresses are nominated for the Golden Globes this Sunday and will likely snag several more nominations before the Oscars closes out the season, so while we’re not going to see them in a near kiss in a movie, at least there’ll be plenty of red carpet coverage, and hopefully some victory speeches for these women.
