Back in 2017, the titular creature from the 2014 horror film The Babadook unexpectedly became a queer icon.

Well to further cement the monster's status as an LGBTQ legend, Shout Factory is taking things a step further by releasing a limited-edition, rainbow-colored Blu-Ray of The Babadook in honor of Pride Month!
"We’ve created a special release with participation from our fine partners at IFC Midnight: an official, limited-edition and numbered Pride Month-themed slipcover packaging that will be shrink-wrapped over our existing Blu-ray release. The slipcover has a gloss finish with embossed highlights," reads the product description on Shout Factory's website.
With only 2,500 copies in existence, a percentage of the proceeds from sales of the special, rainbow-colored Babadook will be donated to the Los Angeles LGBT Center to help provide valuable care and service to queer people in LA and across the country. And it's only $19.99!
A queer AF Blu-Ray release that's for a good cause??!
