Sydney Sweeney’s Grandma Reacted Hilariously to Euphoria’s Nude Scenes

Sydney Sweeney’s grandparents were in for the shock of a lifetime when she invited them to the Euphoria premiere and they saw exactly what she’s been getting up to on the show.

The actress spoke with Ellen DeGeneres recently about her lapse in judgment when it came time to send out invites to the big event, admitting she “didn’t really think about” the actual scenes in her excitement to bring her entire family to the premiere.

“And we were all sitting next to each other and, giant screen, like, ginormous screen,” she said.

“Well, you did that to yourself,” Ellen replied. “What are you thinking, inviting your grandparents to— well, and how are they…with it?”

“They said I have the best tits in Hollywood,” Sweeney admitted to raucous laughter and applause from the whole audience.

Ellen didn’t seem convinced, so Sweeney actually pointed out her grandmother in the audience of the show, who gave a big ole thumbs up in response.

“Alright then,” the host conceded. “That’s fantastic that she approves. Grandma approves.”

Sweeney has opened up about her nude scenes for Euphoria in the past, at one point accidentally causing a bit of a controversy after her words were twisted to make it seem like creator Sam Levinson was pushing her to do something she was uncomfortable with.

“I think it’s important to the storyline and the character,” she told Teen Vogue. “There’s a purpose to what that character is going through. That’s the character. We all get naked in real life. We show this character’s life and what they’re going through. Cassie’s body is a different form of communication for her.”
