Harry Styles stans, RISE! If you've ever dreamed of going to bed with the "Adore You" crooner, then we've got some good news for you! (No, not that way. Get your mind out of the gutter!!)

The "Watermelon Sugar" singer and LGBTQ+ ally teamed up with the folks at Calm (an app that specializes in helping users manage stress and get a better night's sleep) to bless fans with "Dream With Me," a spoken, 30-minute audio story that users can listen to if they need help unwinding at night and getting to bed (or if you're like me just want to hear the sound of his voice—no judgment zone here!).

"Sleep and meditation are a huge part of my routine, whether I’m at home, in the studio, or out on the road," the singer-songwriter and former One Direction bandmate told Us Weekly in a statement. "Rest and recovery is as important as doing the work. Finding a balance has been endlessly beneficial to both my physical and mental health. It’s changed my life. I’m so happy to be collaborating with Calm at a time when the world needs all the healing it can get. Treat people with kindness."

But Harry isn't the only celeb out there who is reading bedtimes stories to users and helping them get some shut eye! Destiny's Child icon Kelly Rowland and Oscar winner Laura Dern and Matthew McConaughey have also teamed up with Calm in the past.

As expected, the stans broke the internet with the news:

Is it bedtime yet??? Asking for a friend me.
