If there is one thing we never get tired of, it's seeing our favorite actresses smooching — each other.

And it's our love of Sapphic kisses that has inspired us to take a look back at the history of the most groundbreaking, intense, and sometimes just plain sexy kisses between women in film today.

To this end, we’ve even included some moments from as early as the 1930s, up until the present day (2025 has given us some of our very best), because as long as there have been movies, there have been cute girls kissing in them.

And while we're at it, we figured, why not rank those moments, you know, for science.
