Five years after its thrilling 2-hour conclusion, Netflix's one-of-a-kind sci-fi series Sense8 (created by The Wachowski sisters) is still beloved for its enticing plot, a groundbreaking array of LGBTQ+ characters, and, of course, those scandalous sex scenes.

In its brief two seasons (and movie special), it racked up more than a handful of steamy moments that get us hot and bothered. So, of course, our first thought was to rank them!

Turn-off: When you annoy Riley, you annoy us all. Also, who even are they?

Turn-off: Another flashback. The scene is also interspersed with the dead guy's really sad dad reminiscing about his son. It ends up reading as more comedic than arousing.

Turn-on: Okay, I know this isn't actually a sex scene, BUT LOOK HOW SWEATY THEY ARE. After they get the blood flowing in combat, Sun and Mun's reunion inevitably ended with a passionate kiss. Sun knocking Detective Mun unconscious with a side-kick seconds after this adds to the erotic factor.

Turn-off: Honestly, they should've hooked up right there in the cemetery.

10. E2.1 - Wolfgang gets it on while Kala watches with horror/intrigue

Turn-on: Wolfgang flusters Kala by hooking up with another random girl in front of her, and honestly, we're just as hot and bothered.

Turn-off: It's not Kala. The scene ends up playing more comedic than sexy, especially at the end of the scene when Kala causes her husband to sprain his dick.

Turn-on: Once again, this is not an actual sex scene (last one, we swear), but this moment of bliss between Lito and Hernando is too beautiful and romantic to skip. We also like to imagine the two men have gritty beach sex when the camera pans away.

Turn-on: They should've had gritty beach sex on camera. Also, all that sand in your cracks sounds...unpleasant.

8. E1.9 - Lito blows Hernando in a museum restroom

Turn-ons: After refusing to come out to the world as gay to protect his career, Lito and Hernando break up for a moment in season 1. In episode nine, Lito reminisces about their first hook-up in the bathroom of a museum, and it is...steamy. Turn-ons: Two seasons of build-up gave us the tender moment between Kala and Wolfgang we were desperate for. After breaking it off with her husband, Kala allows herself to give in to Wolfgang and loses her corporeal virginity to him. They even have sex underwater! I don't exactly know what sensate power allows them to hold their breath for that long, but it sounds hot and looks beautiful, nonetheless.

Turn-offs: Not exactly a turn-off, but it seems like the actress, Tina Desai, isn't comfortable with on-screen nudity. Obviously, that's her choice, but the scene feels a bit awkward in moments. Otherwise, my perfect angels are perfect.

6. E1.10 - Nomi and Amanita Have Metaphorical Sex

Turn-ons: The chemistry between Nomi and Amanita is off the charts, and this moonlit scene beneath the Fourth of July stars is no different. The two women get hot and heavy, fireworks go off in the distance, and it's oh-so-romantic.

Turn-offs: When they come together, Amanita says, "Now That's What I Call Fireworks." Out loud. Cringe.
