Relationships aren't easy (said the most obvious person in the galaxy). The platonic, romantic, or sexual joining of two human beings is somewhere between a science and an art form, something for which no one, probably ever, could write a one-size-fits-all formula for success. People are different, people are complicated, and people are fragile, even when we don't seem like it.
