LGBT Celebrities Condemn Kevin Spacey's Coming Out After Sexual Assault Allegations

Zachary Quinto and other queer celebs are rightfully criticizing the House of Cards actor.
In the unsettling aftermath of the Harvey Weinstein sexual assault revelations, more and more accounts of sexual misconduct and other atrocities committed by Hollywood's powerful executive branch have started being exposed. The most recent story is that of Star Trek: Discovery actor Anthony Rapp who was allegedly assaulted at a party by House of Cards actor Kevin Spacey in 1986 (when Rapp was only 14 and Spacey was 26.)
In response to the allegations, Spacey has publicly apologized and come out of the closet, which has been met with harsh critique. To many, the stunt looks like a means of deflection from the scandal at hand.

Fellow Star Trek universe actor Zachary Quinto is one of many LGBT celebrities to sound off against Spacey's seemingly shady actions and what is being called, by VICE, the "worst coming out in history."
