Growing up watching Gilmore Girls has left lasting effects on us Millenials. We can attribute our coffee addictions, rapid-fire speech patterns, and excessive reference-making to spending childhood and adolescence wanting to emulate our favorite Gilmores. For many of us queer ladies, Gilmore Girls also gave us our perfect woman: Lorelai Gilmore.
