Thanks to Jake Resnicow, Pride is all year round.

The star has been producing epic events, raves, parties, and career-defining celebrations since 2010.

Earlier this year, Resnicow made history for throwing the first Pride in New York City's Central Park, which saw many famous faces performing in front of huge crowds that represented every corner of the LGBTQ+ community.

"I grew up in New York, so it's always been a dream to bring Pride to Central Park. We did that! That was pretty amazing. I got chills. It was so magical," Resnicow tells PRIDE.

While some people may take a vacation after achieving such an incredible milestone, Resnicow is keeping the momentum with a slew of upcoming events.

The next big show he's tackled on is bringing him back to New York City during one of the most iconic weeks of the year... Fashion Week.

"Fashion Week... how do we make that special and unique? That's when we looked up that in the Guinness Book of World Records, the largest attendance at a fashion show was like a thousand. We're totally going to top that! We're going to do 5,000 and we're already over 3,000 tickets... so record shattered!"

Beyond the event's record-breaking status, Resnicow is proud to flip the script with Dreamland Fashion Week by basing the event on inclusivity as opposed to exclusivity.

"Historically, Fashion Week has always been about guest-list and nobody can get into these events. How do we change that? Quite frankly, our community is about representation and inclusivity, not exclusivity. For me, that is the most exciting. To integrate nightlife, music and fashion... it's going to be so over the top."

Dreamland Fashion Week will also fans dancing all night with performances by Diplo, Blond:ish and LP Giobbi. Also, the main event will feature an iconic runway show filled with LGBTQ+ stars wearing designs by the one and only Marco Marco.

"It's all about making history and doing things that people are going to remember for a long time. To see the stories from our guests, that's what drives me every day. People can come to these events, express themselves, throw on a wig, put on some high heels, be who they are and walk home with new family."

Once Fashion Week wraps up, Resnicow is back to work with plenty of other exciting events filling up his calendar into next year in destinations all over the world.

"One of the things I'm passionate about is creating events that celebrate our entire community. It's not just about one segment of our community. We create different rooms, experiences and music selections that really cater to everyone."

Tickets to the record-breaking Dreamland Fashion Week are on sale now. To see the full interview with Jake Resnicow, check out the video below.
