If you've ever wondered what HBO's critically-acclaimed, Zendaya-starring, teen-drama series Euphoria would look like if it took place in outer space, then we've got something you'll probably wanna see: Lionsgate's upcoming feature film Voyagers

From the teaser alone, Voyagers — which stars a bevy of Hollywood up-and-comers like Lily-Rose Depp (The King), Tye Sheridan (Ready Player One, X-Men), Fionn Whitehead (Dunkirk), alongside screen veteran Colin Farrell — looks like it's going to be filled with mad partying, angst, rebelling against authority, romance, and horniness, all against the backdrop of a futuristic outer space colony. We didn't know we needed a coming-of-age meets dystopian sci-fi meets action thriller flick in our lives, but now that it's here, we're wondering what took us so long to get it?

"With the future of the human race at stake, a group of young men and women, bred for intelligence and obedience, embark on an expedition to colonize a distant planet," reads the film's official description. "But when they uncover disturbing secrets about the mission, they defy their training and begin to explore their most primitive natures."

"As life on the ship descends into chaos, they’re consumed by fear, lust, and the insatiable hunger for power."

We're already hooked.

Voyagers hits theaters on April 9! Watch the official trailer below!
