A giant blimp depicting Donald Trump as the man-baby he is flew over London earlier today. Scowling, wearing a diaper, and holding a phone, the Baby Trump blimp is “six-metre-high, orange, inflatable baby with a malevolent face and tiny hands,” according to organizers.
The giant Baby Trump is in protest to Trump’s four-day state visit to the UK. It flew over Parliament Square in central London.
The Guardian reported, “About 15 minutes earlier there was excitement on the ground as two military helicopters passed overhead; the blimp was fully inflated but moored to the ground. 'Quick, turn him around,' a cry went up, but organisers said he was not allowed to take to the air before 9.30am. If Trump had been in the helicopter and looking out of the window, he might have caught a glance of Baby Blimp’s behind."
Leo Murray, the genius who created the idea of the “Trump Baby,” acquired £22,000 in crowdfunding – and 10,000 signatures on a petition asking for permission to fly the blimp over London.
Murray told BBC News that Trump “really seems to hate it when people make fun of him.”
Boy, does he have that right.
