The queens turned it out!!

*Spoilers ahead!*

After an epic second season of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars a little less than a year and a half ago, many Drag Race fans thought season 3 would pale in comparison. After all, All Stars 2 had fan favorite after fan favorite, including Alyssa Edwards, Alaska, Detox, and Katya. (By comparison, the queens on All Stars 3 felt a little… lackluster.)

Well f*ck the haters, because last night, RuPaul put any reservations about the talent of the All Stars 3 queens to rest. Excluding a few subpar performances, the contestants absolutely slayed the maxi challenge last night, which consisted of performing in a variety show.

To celebrate, here's PRIDE’s official ranking of last night's variety show performances!

9th Place (Tie): Chi Chi DeVayne & Morgan McMichaels

It was very clear that these two queens were going to be in the bottom two. Both of their performances missed the mark. I'm happy to say that Chi Chi wasn't eliminated, because I really do think she can shine given the opportunity.

8th Place: Milk

Milk's performance wasn't necessarily bad, it was simply one note. After 25 seconds, I was kind of over it.

7th Place: Thorgy Thor

It would have been pretty cool if Thorgy came out and did something else besides the violin. You know that's what she's going to do. You know it's not going to land her in the bottom or the top. It's a very safe talent she chose.

6thPlace: Shangela

Shangela's performance was solid. Nothing particuarly memberable. Nothing particularly off-putting.

5th Place: Trixie Mattel

Similar to Thorgy, you know that Trixie's talent is going to be folk singing. However, I will say, singing folk music live and playing that instrument—whatever the hell it is—is pretty cool.

4th Place: Bebe Zahara Benet

Boy, had I forgot about her prior to last night, but her dance was pretty damn cool. Bebe showed that she is still a force to be reckoned with.

3rd Place: Aja

Come through Aja! She slayed. She danced her heart out. She showed that she is not going home early this time around. And that final death drop? Excuuuuuseeee me?

2nd Place: BenDeLaCreme

I loved BenDeLaCreme's performance because a humorous strip tease is actually an act you'd see in a real variety show. (You'd be hardpressed to find people lip-syncing in a real one, ya know?) So I do respect her for that. She was also really funny!

1st Place: Kennedy Davenport

Without a doubt the best performance of the night was from the Dancing Diva from Texas, Miss. Kennedy Davenport. She might be the best dancer to ever have graced the stage of RuPaul's Drag Race. And that flip she did on the podium. What WAS that even POSSIBLE!? HOW did she not kill herself?
