"You can't choose who you're attracted to."

Netflix's newest original series Sex Education is making our gay hearts squeal with excitement.

The show follows Otis (Asa Butterfield) as a socially awkward virgin who remains under the radar at his high school. But when it's revealed that his mother is a sex therapist, his classmates come to him for his secondhand expertise. Joined by his crush, Maeve, Otis starts an underground sex therapy clinic for his peers' uncomfortable sex ailments.

That plot alone is enough to catch our eye, but we're really hyped over the queer moments in the first trailer!

At 0:41 seconds, you can spot two girls kissing on a bench. And towards the end of the trailer, it looks like Otis' classmate Eric is in drag and we can assume his arguments with his father are over his sexuality or gender identity.

Anyone else freaking out?

Sex Education premieres this Friday, January 11. Watch the trailer in the video below!
