Nurse Jackie Season 4 Behind the Scenes Look - Video

Nurse Jackie is just about the baddest ass Florence Nightingale to ever don scrubs and a stethoscope, and from the looks of Showtime’s latest promo for season four of the series -- created by out lesbians Linda Wallem and Liz Brixius -- Jackie is as unhinged as ever! And that’s just the way we like her.

And that’s just the way we like her.

Emmy winner and Sopranos’ alumna Edie Falco stars as the acerbic, prescription drug addicted titular character Nurse Jackie, who’s season four arc supposedly takes her to rehab following three seasons of hovering close to rock bottom but never actually hitting it.

Look for some big changes in the upcoming season with Jackie on the verge of divorce and All Saints Hospital undergoing a corporate take-over.

Back for the fourth season is Nurse Jackie’s cast of lovable misfits including Merritt Wever’s Zoey, Anna Deveare Smith’s nurses’ manager Gloria Akalitus, Peter Facinelli’s adorable narcissist Coop and Eve Best as Jackie’s best friend, hot bisexual British Dr. O’Hara.

Check out Showtime’s behind-the-scenes look at Nurse Jackie’s upcoming season.

Season 4 premieres April 8.
