Sheetal Sheth, the star of beloved lesbian-themed movies I Can’t Think Straight and The World Unseen and an ardent ally for the LGBT community, has lent her voice – and image – to a PSA put together by members of the South Asian community to re-elect President Obama. In the PSA Sheth asserts that the President is the “clear choice” for women as opposed to his competitor Mitt Romney.

Sheetal cites the Lily Ledbetter Fair Pay Act, the first bill Obama signed in office, as an example of hid dedication to changing policy to ensure equality for women. She also mentions that Obama supports health care choices for women.
