Watch: Tina Fey and Amy Poehler's First Golden Globes Commercial

The Golden Globes are coming! The Golden Globes are coming! And we cannot wait for Tina Fey and Amy Poehler reunited to co-host Hollywood’s biggest self-congratulatory fest that honors achievement in television and film and where the Veuve Clicquot flows freely. Oh, and there are a few other people nominated too. While there are plenty of LGBT adjacencies there’s just one out actress nominated, and that’s Sarah Paulson for her supporting role in American Horror Story, in which she also plays lesbian. Notably, HBO’s mini-series Game Change, the Julianne Moore starrer about Sarah Palin’s ascendance to the Vice Presidential nomination, is up for best mini-series, and Paulson was just terrific in that as Nicole Wallace.

The Golden Globes are coming! The Golden Globes are coming! And we cannot wait for Tina Fey and Amy Poehler reunited to co-host Hollywood’s biggest self-congratulatory fest that honors achievement in television and film and where the Veuve Clicquot flows freely.

Below is Tina and Amy’s first Globes commercial in which they attempt to speak Katherine Hepburn style old Hollywood for the duration.

If it weren’t enough that these two titans of comedy are hosting the Globes, the 30 Rock star and the Parks and Recreation star are nominated in the same category for Best Actress in a TV Musical or Comedy. That should make for some good faux rivalry on stage.

The 70th annual Golden Globes will air Jan. 13, on NBC. Check out the full list of nominees.

For now, here are Tina and Amy!
