Anne Hathaway and Helena Bonham Carter Queen Out in 'Alice in Wonderland': Video

Disney has just released its second trailer for March’s Tim Burton-infused Alice in Wonderland, starring Johnny Depp, and it’s completely fantastical with Helena Bonham Carter. Ravishing lesbian fave Anne Hathaway as a sexy and sultry White Queen, gave us a first look of Burton’s Wonderland. Paired with Burton's fantasy visions, Lewis Carroll's fairy tale never looked so good.

Hold on to your hats, Disney has just released its second trailer for March’s Tim Burton-infused Alice in Wonderland and it’s completely fantastical if you’re a fan of Helena Bonham Carter.

Injecting director Tim Burton’s fantasy visions into the 19th century Lewis Carroll fairy tale never looked so good.

The first trailer, released in July along with the first production stills that depicted a ravishing Anne Hathaway as a sexy and dare we say sultry White Queen, gave us a first look of Burton’s Wonderland.

The second trailer, released today, gets fans deeper into the story — we learn that Bonham Carter’s diabolical Red Queen has taken over all of Wonderland and Alice must team with Hathaway’s White Queen to save the fantasy land.

There are two things that stand out in the new trailer, both involving Bonham Carter.

First, we are treated with hearing one of the most famous lines from the story ever with Bonham Carter delivering the classic line, “Off with her head!” in such a maniacal and demented fashion that it almost sends chills down your spine.

Second, not a moment after the Red Queen becomes the stuff of nightmares, she shows us her silliness — delivered in all seriousness, of course, when she demands a pig: “I love a warm pig belly for my aching feet.”

Burton, who is married to Bonham Carter, already seems off to a great start if the new trailer is any judge. The creator of The Nightmare Before Christmas brings us a darker Wonderland that truly is a place like no place on Earth. Plus the director sets up Hathaway to become our lovely lady champion when the film unspools in March, when most boxoffice offerings fall into the junk category.

All of Alice’s (In Treatment’s Mia Wasikowska) regulars are in the second sneak: Caterpillar (Harry Potter’s Alan Rickman), White Rabbit (New Moon’s Michael Sheen) and Cheshire Cat (V for Vendetta’s Stephen Fry).

So who will you be rooting for, Bonham Carter’s Red Queen, or Hathaway’s White Queen?

Alice in Wonderland opens March 5 in Imax and 3D.
