Lindsay Lohan was involved in a hit and run Wednesday night in West Hollywood near her home. Witnesses describe seeing Lohan pulling out of a parking garage before she accidentally hit a woman pushing a stroller.

Brayan Jamie, a witness to the incident, said that after pulling out of the lot, Lohan barely stopped at a red light before turning and making contact with the woman and child. The witness explained: "There was a woman pushing a kid in the stroller, maybe a two or three-year-old, crossing the street. Lindsay took the red light and hit the stroller. It wasn't super hard, but she made impact and hit them. Lindsay pulled to the right, stopped for two seconds, and then just kept going."

"I asked the kid if she was okay and then asked the woman, but she was kind of shocked and didn't really know what to say and you could tell she was scared,"  Jamie explained to RadarOnline. 

Jamie also managed to get video, available here, of Lohan's Maserati driving away as he asks the woman if she is ok while she looks back at the car in disbelief as she continued crossing the street.
