Jane Lynch and her new wife Dr. Lara Embry have hopped across the pond and are combining some Glee work with a gleeful honeymoon. The pair were married May 31 in Massachusetts.

Lynch and Embry were at the British Academy Television Awards in London where Lynch proclaimed, “I have a family and a daughter and I am thrilled.”

The happy couple also managed to find time to visit the Tate Modern museum and do some shopping . While Embry is the modern art fan, Lynch is beginning to appreciate it, too. “I’m getting there,” she says.

Then it was on to Monte Carlo for the Monte Carlo Television Festival, where Lynch was still basking in the afterglow of her wedding. She told Access Hollywood, “It was the best day of my life to marry this woman I admire so much… she inspires me to be the best person I can be.”
