While Tara’s (Rutina Wesley - check out her Shot of the Day here) lesbian tryst in the season four premiere of True Blood got tongues wagging this week, we haven’t forgotten about the talented and tantalizing bisexual blond star of the show, Anna Paquin.
Paquin put on a brunette and blond bombshell wig for a glamorous V Magazine spread in the July issue photographed by Sebastian Faena.
Sookie makes us do a double take as a mysterious, Jackie O.-esque glamzon in a Marc Jacobs sweater and skirt, and discusses her (bi)sexuality in the accompanying interview.
“Frankly no one had eve asked me before,” Paquin told the mag of coming out publicly in a We Give a Damn PSA. “There is a lot of prejudice against us but the more people talk about it, the less of a deal it will be,” she added. “Who people choose to sleep with – or spend their lives with – shouldn't matter, not that anyone particularly cares who I'm attracted to.”
She also said she feels at ease shooting explicit sex scenes with her real life husband and costar, Stephen Moyer and loves the attention he receives from Trubie fans-- of both genders. “There is probably something wrong with me, but I find it amusing to watch these men and women fawn all over him. It’s not like anyone is really trying to do anything inappropriate. They just want him to hug them… or bite them.”
